If for any reason you would like to make any changes to your order please contact us within this time frame to ensure your changes can be finalised. Order cut off time: 3pm.

All orders are processed same-day up-to 3PM, Monday to Friday, once your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirmation along with tracking number and a tracking link. 

You can also login to your account and check the status as well as tracking information for your order.

If you have not received/missing your order once it has been dispatched, please contact customer support within 7 working days so we can escalate your issue and offer a prompt resolution.
